Job Title: Retoucher and Photographer

We are seeking a talented Retoucher and Photographer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of photography, and exceptional skills in photo editing and retouching.

Responsibilities:

1. Capture high-quality, compelling photographs for a variety of projects.

2. Edit and retouch images to meet the creative vision and standards of the organization.

3. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver accordingly.

4. Maintain an organized digital photo library and ensure all work is archived properly.

5. Stay updated with the latest photography trends, techniques, and software.

6. Assist in setting up and breaking down photography equipment for shoots.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a photographer and retoucher.

3. Proficiency in photo editing and retouching software, such as Adobe Photoshop.

4. Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye.

5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
